I want our country to have no working poor, starving children or homeless people. The links below are 2 ideas which I have used to come up with a sustainable solution to directly support the poorest in society and grow our domestic economy strongly and naturally. Replacing the welfare system with a basic living wage for every adult citizen regardless of their private situation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bBx2Y5HhplI http://rt.com/news/swiss-adult-minimum-wage-794/

Points

Our welfare system which cause's so much hurt by stigmatising citizens for being born into low and middle class families is not fit for purpose. Ireland owns natural resources which are being given away and our geographical location I believe gives us an advantage to become a practically zero cost energy sector. We need to start working these resources on behalf of citizens and pay our citizens from these profits. This is just one measure I believe we can use to achieve a strong economy.

We need to drop the idea that low tax on the rich creates jobs. Our domestic economy is flat lining and this is because its not adequately financed. Tax breaks on the rich doesn't support GDP as most rich people travel all over the world spending Irish tax break money to support other countries GDP. We have to support those in our society who cant even afford 1 holiday per year as every penny these people spend is in the domestic economy support local and national business. Give us Human Rights.
